Refund policy

Merchandise will be gladly exchanged or returned within 90 days of purchase provided the customer has the receipt and the merchandise is in “ORIGINAL CONDITION.”

Merchandise must be in Original Condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Tracie’s Boots & Buckles LLC will not exchange merchandise that has been worn, damaged or otherwise deemed to not be in original condition nor can we accept merchandise that has been altered or monogrammed.

When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing or returning an item at traciesbootsandbuckles.com unless item is deemed defective upon our receipt of the item returned, in which case we will reimburse for shipping.
